Error 503 Request timedout with Performance Reporting API request?

Dear API support team,

On 2024-02-27 (from 00:35 AM to 10:37 AM JST) and today 2024-03-01 (from 00:41 to current time 10:30 JST)

The request to Performance Reporting API returns 503 Request timedout so many times.

Is this the API issue? 
Can you show me the page url to check your API status or any blogs which notify your issues?

We're also seeing a lot of these 503 errors yesterday (2/29) and today (3/1) when trying to retrieve performance reports.  It's preventing us from downloading all of our performance data as we do each day.
