Access denied, you don't have permission to access the specified resource

I am currently getting an error of "Access denied, you don't have permission to access the specified resource" when I try to add a campaign to a specific marketer even though when I pull the marketers that marketer is active and is linked to the account. I have told the user to check with their rep to check the settings and they said that it should be working. Anything I can do on my end to get that marketer working?
