I hope you are safe and doing well!
Unfortunately, I noticed discrepansies for the media cost kpi between the Outbrain Data Stream in Datorama (Amplify Outbrain API) and the Outbrain UI.
Do you have any idea where this discrepancy could come from? Maybe about the number of decimal places?
I would suggest a call or a communication via email so I can share more in details the data I am speaking about.

Unfortunately, I noticed discrepansies for the media cost kpi between the Outbrain Data Stream in Datorama (Amplify Outbrain API) and the Outbrain UI.
When tried to get to the bottom of the difference in costs between the API and your dashboard and looked at the daily costs at creative level.
We noticed that the costs at the daily and creative level are 100 per cent the same as the data pushed by the API. However, the total costs that you show at campaign level, and which are also invoiced, differ by 2 cents for the month of August for example. Further investigation has revealed that the discrepancy is solely due to one Creative.

It looks to be a rounding error on our dashboard side. Please reference the API numbers as the billable amount.
