hi,

We applied for an API token yesterday and received an email confirming our application was approved. However, we encountered an exception when we were generating the Amplify API token. It said that the token was not applied for. Please help.

Hi there,

Can you confirm that you are using the same email address that was approved (zhangd...@uamax.net) in order to generate the token? Does the issue persist today?
