Scaling the S2S Conversion Postback

We are running into scalability issues with the S2S conversion integration. The endpoint documented here requires one request for each click ID.

Is there any support for bulk submission which we haven't been able to find?

I've done a catch-up by using this index.php file, just update all "TOREPLACE" variables and properly update $ob_click_id_params  (PHP string Array of ob_click_id) to match the ids you have.

thank you. We are already submitting conversions like this, even concurrently -> 500 requests at the same time (hundreds of thousands of conversions per job). 

This is still slow, hence we are looking for a way to bulk/batch submit.
