Missing account from marketers endpoint

Hello,
I have a customer proving me credentials to use the API on their behalf. When I query the https://api.outbrain.com/amplify/v0.1/marketers endpoint it only returns the account 009f717da121813a34fce500edf5029274, however I am excepting to retrieve the account 6f9c4a3e1e4dfd93794a50eaa5a45dfe.

Can you tell me why the second account is not being returned?

The second ID provided (6f9c4a3e1e4dfd93794a50eaa5a45dfe) is invalid. I recommend verifying it with the customer who shared the credentials. Additionally, the user may only have access to the first account. If additional access is required, they can reach out directly to their Account Manager.

Thanks for the reply. I doubt that the customer made up the account id 6f9c4a3e1e4dfd93794a50eaa5a45dfe. Can you check if it belongs to a legacy account (or Teads DSP / Zemanta account or something else) not supported by the API?

Hello,

The ID format is completely different between platforms. 6f9c4a3e1e4dfd93794a50eaa5a45dfe appears shorter than usual, it might have been cut, so I strongly advise verifying it with the user. 
Could you also provide the user's email address?

The account's name is "ORIS SA" and I also see an id of 18981 from the https://ads.teads.tv/api/advertiser/by-name-or-ids call. Does this help you to identify this account?
The customer's email is "selfserve_k***.w***@oris.ch" (redacted)

Thank you for the additional information!

The account name you provided belongs to a Teads account, while the endpoint you initially shared (https://api.outbrain.com/amplify/v0.1/marketers) is for Amplify API. If you need to pull any data related to a Teads account, you can refer to Teads API. If you need any assistance with the Teads API, the CX representative assigned to the user who shared the credentials with you is your go-to person.
