Hi Team,

I hope everyone is doing well; I am contacting you about error messages we got from Outbrain in our Platform on June 3rd.

Error message;

Permission error, unauthorized - no valid token: b'{"message":"Unauthorized: Authentication token was either missing or invalid"}' in API outbrain in API outbrain in API outbrain

I realized that other people had also submitted the same question on the community page. I would like to know what caused this error message at the time. I am assuming the issue is resolved.

Yes, I am still experiencing  the issue. Also, when I  tried to enter the  platform, I received the following message: your password has expired.
