Issues with API connection to funnel.io

Hi there,

i have problems with connecting the outbrain data with funnel.io - all data and access is denied. Has there been any changes resently in the set up? We all had further to set up a new password for our Outbrain System.

Hi Margarete, 

apologies for a bit longer wait for a reply, 

Since you've mentioned it in your first email, I'd like to check if you setup a new password in Amplify and then re-connect the user to the funnel.io? 

Also, have you used the 3rd party approval link in the past? Where are you supposed to enter it?

thanks for your reply! We all had to set up new PW this morning for Outbrain. Shall I set a new again?

 

We have the option in funnel – either to login-in and authorize with the email and PW the access or it seems „Request from someone else“  meaing with this link you should be able to authorize the access as well…

 

Let me know what i should do 😊

sorry – too fast 😊 I have tried only to Access 1 Outbrain Account: AT_Sky – but it got this technical referrence error: q6r0cha.

 

Do you have a limit of Outbrain to the login?

The error returned is "Number of Login requests for User exceeded rate limit" - this may be a limit imposed by Outbrain themselves.
