Which api interface do real-time reports use to pull?
What is the data latency for real-time reports?
Can the data reported in real time contain both country and campaign dimensions?

Thank you for reaching out.

You can check the API documentation for pulling performance reports here. 

Performance reports have a 10-30 minutes delay, therefore, performance metrics that include the current day are partial. You can check data freshness as explained here.

Lastly, here you can check the documentation for pulling performance statistics for all marketer's campaigns by geo.
