Marketer ID

Hello support Team,

since the end of July, we have been experiencing an issue where the Marketer ID is missing in our data feeds, which we receive from Outbrain via Funnel.io. In the Funnel.io Data Explorer, this field shows "no value," even when using different report types. Without the Marketer ID, we can no longer attribute the data, which severely impacts our analyses.

We suspect that something might have been renamed or reconfigured. We haven't found any corresponding information in the official Outbrain documentation so far.

Could you please tell me if the Marketer ID is still being sent by Outbrain and if you are aware of any possible changes to the Outbrain API or data structures that could be causing this?

Thanks for sharing! I don't see any issues with this email's access, and we haven't made any recent changes that would impact marketer ID reporting. I suggest checking with Funnel.io to see if anything has changed on their end. If they can't identify the issues, please ask them to share the Amplify API call(s) they are using to populate your reports and share them here so we can continue investigating.
