Cpc targeting conversion and semi manual optimization

What’s the correct method to send the payload with these settings
When we send CPC campaign its setting it to traffic and not conversions
The docs aren’t clear

CPC - Campaign optimized towards bringing traffic to the highest converting sections using automatic CPC adjustment per serving

  So we need:

  - campaignOptimization.optimizationType: 'CPC'

  - objective: 'Conversions'

  - cpc: <value>
