Unable to register using partner form

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to access the Partner API form page at:
https://lp.outbrain.com/partner-api-form/

But I’m running into errors:

• Over HTTP → I get Cloudflare Error 1001 (DNS resolution error)

• Over HTTPS → I get SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

So right now the page seems to be unavailable from both sides.
Could someone from the team please check if there’s an issue with DNS or SSL config?

The API partner form is currently down. While we work to resolve this, I'm happy to assist in getting you access to the Amplify API. 

Could you please confirm the email address related to your Amplify account? I don't see any user in our system related to bahti...@gmail.com.

Thanks for the quick response.

Just to clarify: we provide API access to our own clients. The user who reported this issue to us is yon...@gal-ear.co.il, and he is listed in our system. However, I’m not sure what account this corresponds to in Outbrain’s system.

Could you please help us identify the correct Outbrain account for this user so we can move forward?

Hi Bryn,

I hope you're doing well.

I noticed that the Partner API form page (https://lp.outbrain.com/partner-api-form/) is still unavailable.
Could you please let me know if there’s an estimated timeframe for when it will be restored?

I’m interested in registering for API access, so it would be helpful to know when the form will be back online or if there’s an alternative way to apply in the meantime.

Thank you for reaching out. At the moment we don't have any information on the availability of the API sign up webpage - hopefully it'll be restored soon. 

In the meantime, please provide us with the email of the user that would need the API access and we'll grant it.

Thank you for the API Access. The only problem for us is that the access with the given credentials at funnel.io is still denied. Do you know how we can get access there?

For accessing funnel.io you'll need to generate a token, which you can do here: https://my.outbrain.com/create-token

After that, you have to input the token in the funnel.io dashboard. 

If you'd still receive an error, please check with the funnel.io help, if they can provide you with a bit more details in regards to the error reference. After that you can contact us again, if further assistance is needed.

Of course, we tried but it always said „Your token cannot be displayed as you do not have access to the Amplify API. If you need access, please apply at https://lp.outbrain.com/partner-api-form/

But there is always an error at https://lp.outbrain.com/partner-api-form/:

So we are unable to register using the partner form. Please tell us what to do next. Thank you!

I've double checked, and the user flori...@ltur.de for which you asked me to grant them API access, does have API access.
