Consistent 503 “Service is overloaded”

Hello,
For the past week, every time I try to fetch a report for a single day, the request fails with a 503 – Service Unavailable error.

This is the response I receive

status: 503
statusText: "Service Unavailable"
data: "Service is overloaded"

Nothing has changed on my side, and this exact request used to work without any issues.

Could you please let me know if this is a known problem or if something has recently changed on your end?

Please provide me with a bit more information, so I can help you properly. 

I'll need the URL of the API call and method, together with the JSON body. This way I'll be able to try and replicate the issue that occurred to you and to see how to help you here.
