Back in a day, i got trouble on exporting video and need time to relax :), i think there was problems with iphone X better quality video shooting. There is 2 options in phone.

Exporting gone wrong and i understood that nothing i can do here, so i went to another editor.

Second Shortcut hudge problem was cpu load and lag on effects.

But i see you improving soft and thats nice.


Using Blender 2.92.0 and I can only see the Keying Node in Compositing but not in Shading Nodes section. I watched a video of how to setup the chroma key green screen removal using Compositing and managed to successfully remove the green backdrop in the Compositing preview... but then what ? I still see the green screen image in Layout mode. I am not proficient with Compositing hence my confusion with the matter. Any help would be appreciated.

Chroma Key is the process of filming a video with a background of a single color, usually green or blue and then removing that in editing. This enables you to replace video backgrounds or part of videos with other important information.


Common settings allow you to add a title to the effect layer, change the moment when the effect appears in the video (by seconds or by frames), and the duration of the effect (in seconds or in frames).


The next parameter, Chromakey color, allows you to select the color for removal. We always recommend using the eyedropper tool and selecting the tone manually because the default bright green color may not coincide with the color of your background.


These parameters are quite self-explanatory and they will help you remove the remaining green shades from the video if there are any. Each one defines the threshold for its own component. For instance, the color tones that are less bright than the minimum brightness threshold are removed from the video. In a similar way, the Min/Max chromaticity U threshold defines the threshold for blue color tones; the Min/Max chromaticity V threshold defines the threshold for the red color tones.


Whichever approach you choose to remove the background from your video, the most existing part is probably adding a new background which can be both a video or an image. Go back to the main timeline tab and use the Add object menu from the top of the interface to select the desired file from your computer. Then manually place the new background one layer below the chroma key mask as illustrated below.


Use the preview feature to make sure everything looks good. Remember that you can go back to the Chroma Key settings at any moment if you need to make adjustments. Just double-click on the green screen video to access the background remover effect layer and use the Properties window.

BOSTON, Nov. 11, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Chroma Medicine, Inc., (Chroma) a genomic medicine company pioneering single-dose epigenetic editing therapeutics, today presented new preclinical data demonstrating that a single administration of its epigenetic editor efficiently and durably lowered PCSK9 and cholesterol levels in non-human primates in a late-breaking oral presentation at the 2023 American Heart Association (AHA) Scientific Sessions, held November 11-13 in Philadelphia.


The data presented provide strong evidence for the potential of Chroma's epigenetic editing platform to silence expression of PCSK9 in the liver and to induce a durable reduction in low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) levels, a key factor for reducing risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), without cutting or nicking the DNA.


The PCSK9 gene actively promotes the degradation of LDL receptors, thereby reducing the ability of the liver to clear cholesterol from the blood. Genetic and pharmacologic reductions in PCSK9 levels have been shown to correlate with decreased cardiovascular events, making it an established target for prevention of ASCVD.


"We believe our epigenetic editing approach offers the potential for highly efficacious, specific, and durable silencing of PCSK9 in the liver while preserving genomic integrity and avoiding the inherent risks of editing approaches that cut or nick the DNA," said Vic Myer, Ph.D., Chroma's President and Chief Scientific Officer. The work details Chroma's human PCSK9-targeting epigenetic editor, which was shown to efficiently and durably reduce PCSK9 levels in vivo through 10 months of follow up after a single administration in human transgenic mice. The data also show that the silencing was maintained in mice pre- and post- partial hepatectomy, the standard surgical model for induction of liver regeneration. In non-human primates, a significant reduction in circulating PCSK9 (80%) levels was achieved, resulting in a 58% reduction in LDL-C levels.


These studies also show a clearer link between Chroma's PCSK9 epigenetic editor's molecular action of CpG methylation and PCSK9 silencing. Application of the company's epigenetic editor was found to be highly correlated with targeted CpG methylation at the PSCK9 locus in vivo and durable through tissue regeneration in the partial hepatectomy model.
