D-Con & list administrivia

D-Con is now just six weeks away, and we're still looking for a couple of
GMs. If you've got a game that you've been wanting to run, now's the time!
Also, we've changed the settings of the announcement list
(ours-m...@googlegroups.com) so you can now send relevant announcements
straight to the list. This should shorten the turnaround time on
announcements of new games and so forth. (Note: there will be a delay
before a moderator approves the announcement, so don't worry if it doesn't
go through immediately).
