Buckets of Dice

One of the society's grand traditions is sending a bunch of
weirdos^Wmembers up to Christchurch for the Buckets of Dice roleplaying
convention run by SAGA. This year it falls on the weekend of 13-15 July;
according to their preliminary information the Friday evening will feature
a live-action game, and Saturday evening will feature a Grand Strategy
game. Saturday and Sunday will offer numerous roleplaying and board games.

If you're interested in going, please let us know; we're going to be
hiring a van, and seating may be limited, so don't leave it too late ;-)

(Note that billeting will almost certainly be available, and we will
probably also try to arrange rooms at a backpackers).

We'd also appreciate hearing from anyone willing to take people up in
their own private vehicles.
