OURS First Meeting (and First Gaming Weekend)

The first general meeting of the OURS will be held on Monday 25 February
(yes, next Monday) at 7pm in the Clubs & Societies building. The purposes
of this meeting are: 1) to introduce new members to the group as a whole,
2) to help GMs find players (and vice versa), and 3) to elect a new
President.
We may also talk briefly about the First Gaming Weekend, which will be
next weekend (the 29th through the 2nd) on the second floor of the school
of business (aka commerce building) in the usual rooms; the Friday session
will start at 7pm sharp, so please turn up by quarter-to at the latest,
the Saturday session will start at 11am sharp, with boardgames in the
afternoon until everyone disappears, and the Sunday sessions will start at
elevenish[1] and four respectively.

[1] This means that we will ideally start games at eleven, but the
start may be delayed if we haven't achieved a convenient number of players
and GMs; if a convenient number of players have not arrived by
eleven-thirty then games will start regardless.
