web address in siggy line

I noticed that some of you have a signature line with your website. I
don't. How do I do that? It's on my profile if you click on
profile...but doesn't show when I post. Help!

I'm using 2007 so it might be a little different.
 
Open an e-mail like you were going to send me one.
 
look over to the right you will see something that says signature click on that.
 
And this is where you do it

I guess I am totally confused now... I have these e-mails coming into my outlook, actually my gmail account.  Are you going to the group home page to post to the group?

Gena, you are not the only one who is confused. I've been lurking to
see the answer because I am interested as well. The thing that I am
realizing is that everyone is able to read the posts to these forums
in different ways. I have not been reading them in my outlook and
actually did not realize I could do that- (which maybe anotehr
question for another time- how are ya'll doing that?)
As far as your signature goes- I THINK you have to go to your profile-
listed on the menu on the top right of this screen. I'll try it now
and get back to you...

Hi

I am also using outlook to view email. Ally you can retrieve and send all
emails from different accounts through outlook (I love it).

For those using outlook. My little one hit a button and put on the
paragraph and spacing characters and can't turn it off. Any ideas. I have
tried the help button.

It will depend on what program  you are using to read your e-mail... If you are using g-mail go to the upper right hand corner and click on the settings link.....
 
Scroll down 1/2 page or so, and there is a section for "signature"  and your web site there:  www.xxxx.com  and turn the radio button on, the click save or submit at the bottom of the page.

totally guessing on the Paragraph spacing here.. But you will need to see what program is editing your e-mails and check spacing in there.

From what I can tell, It depends if you post on the site directly
which won't include signatures. If you reply to a post that was sent
to your email, then your signature will show from your email. Is this
what everyone is finding true?
