Sad news about Paul Lewis LeBlanc

Marty Guidry passed along the sad news about Paul that he only found out about recently. Many of us knew Paul as a friend and cousin in Acadian genealogy research.

I’m so sad to hear this. I’m also sad that it took us so long to hear. I had emailed him and hadn’t heard back, so the news that he was in a nursing home made sense. I’m sorry we didn’t know so we could have sent him cards or something.

 

He did so much for genealogy for so many years.

 

I hope his work and tree is preserved someplace so all his work doesn’t disappear.
