What are you excited to share about Gateway and what it will do for human exploration as part of the Artemis program?
Gateway is a wonderful evolution of the highly successful International Space Station (ISS) program, bringing us to the next phase of sustained human exploration by creating a springboard for cooperative and sustainable deep space exploration. It is humbling to see the global enthusiasm for our next steps in human exploration. I am honored and excited to be a part of this team. It is great to see many familiar faces from the ISS program, in addition to new talent.

How has the pandemic shaped your working style?
A LOT less (OK, no) airplane travel. I think this has been the longest dry spell of not being on an airplane since 1996. Enjoying being at home more, but negotiations and integration benefit greatly when all can sit at the same table.

Tell us a fun fact about you.
On two different occasions I have had trips that have taken me around the world, literally. Once thanks to the Iceland volcano and then last year as we were negotiating the Gateway MOUs.

At Johnson, we are laser-focused on the next: going forward to our lunar neighbor to build outposts in uncharted territory while revolutionizing the strategies and technologies that will eventually open up the universe. The Gateway is a critical component of the Artemis program and embodies Johnson's DARE UNITE EXPLORE vision: We dare to expand frontiers. We unite with our partners to complete bold missions. We explore space to benefit humanity.

The power of in-person international experiences is one of the reasons why study abroad scholarships for Carlson School students will be funded with a new gift from the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation. International experiences play a key role in the larger aim of developing the talent needed today; scholarships remove cost as a barrier.

Kimberlee Sinclair, senior director for corporate communications and executive director of the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation, knows from experience the power of international experiences in college. She began her career in study abroad at Boston University.

Partnership with CGI has taken many forms for H.B. Fuller, whose mission is to be a global leader with strong social business ethics. One company executive led a CGI program in Poland, for example; another graduated from a Carlson School MBA program in China.

Emily Fuller Opp is counsel in the international trade practice. Emily counsels clients on U.S. law and policy affecting international trade and business, including export control laws, sanction programs, custom laws, anticorruption laws and foreign investment in the United States.

There is an exceptional career opportunity to join the H.B. Fuller Global Trade Compliance team, to build and expand your knowledge and understanding of import and export operations and strategies around the world. This role offers a unique visibility into the cutting-edge issues facing global companies trading goods.

The Trade Compliance Intern will perform a variety of duties designed to encourage professional growth and development, through a diversity of experiences, including the collection, compilation, analysis, and presentation of data related to our international transactions around the world. This role will execute on a broad range of short- and medium-term projects, including assisting in the review of import and export processes and documents in multiple countries; analyzing data to support free trade claims, and managing/updating core product data needed for official import and export filings. Background: Scabies was added to the WHO Neglected Tropical Diseases portfolio in 2017, and further understanding of the disease burden is now required. There are no uniformly accepted test methods or examination procedures for diagnosis, which limits the interpretation of research and epidemiological findings. The International Alliance for the Control of Scabies (IACS) designated harmonization of diagnostic procedures as a priority for the development of a global control strategy. Therefore, we aimed to develop consensus criteria for the diagnosis of scabies.

Methodology / principal findings: We conducted an iterative, consensus (Delphi) study involving international experts in the diagnosis of scabies. Panel members were recruited through expression of interest and targeted invitation of experts. The Delphi study consisted of four rounds of anonymous surveys. Rounds 1 and 2 involved generation and ranking an extensive list of possible features. In Rounds 3 and 4, participants were presented results from previous rounds and indicated agreement with a series of draft criteria. Panel participants (n = 34, range per Round 28-30) were predominantly highly experienced clinicians, representing a range of clinical expertise and all inhabited continents. Based on initial rounds, a draft set of criteria were developed, incorporating three levels of diagnostic certainty-Confirmed Scabies, Clinical Scabies and Suspected Scabies. Consensus was reached in Round 4, with a very high level of agreement (> 89%) for all levels of criteria and subcategories. Adoption of the criteria was supported by 96% of panel members.

Conclusions / significance: Consensus criteria for scabies diagnosis were established with very high agreement. The 2018 IACS Criteria for the Diagnosis of Scabies can be implemented for scabies research and mapping projects, and for surveillance after control interventions. Validation of the criteria is required.
