El VIRDI 4000 es una terminal ideal para ser usada en sistemas de autentificacin por biometra y/o contrasea, con pantalla de LCD y mensajes de voz que permiten fcil interface con el usuario.
El VIRDI 4000 posee alarma contra quebraduras y de deteccin de puerta abierta y cuando fuera detectada la aproximacin de una persona, las luces del teclado y LCD son automticamente encendidas, garantizando economa de energa. Realizada la autentificacin de un usuario, la terminal acciona un riel que libera la cerradura de la puerta. Posee un algoritmo inteligente que utiliza la tecnologa de capacidad electroesttica para distinguir entre dactilar real y algn otro material falsificado, como silicona y papel. Los modelos VIRDI 4000SC y VIRDI 4000RF poseen lector RFID integrado, de 13,56 MHz y 125 kHz, respectivamente, permitiendo autentificacin por biometra y tarjeta RFID.

Centrifuged at 4000 r/min for 10 min and the supernatantwas removed. The upper gray matter was scraped until only whitematerial and the lower white material was poured in a Petri dish orbeaker. Finally, the Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn starch was driedin an oven at 40 C for 24 h and sieved with 100 mesh (< 150 μm)sieve. The starch was sealed in self-sealing plastic bags and storedat 4 C for use.
Assessing the genetic diversity in germplasm resources using DNA markers can help in better exploitation of germplasm for crop improvement. In rye, several diversity studies have been conducted using a limited number of DNA markers ranging from few dozens of markers [5,24,27] to hundreds [28,29,31], probably due to laborious genotyping methods and technological limitations. Furthermore, chromosomal positions of these markers were not reported. To address this issue of anonymous marker positions and low genome coverage, one study has reported using 1,054 DArT markers to cover seven chromosomes of rye [21]. In the present study, we employed more than 4000 GBS-SNPs that provided much better coverage of the genome than in all the previous studies.
