Mission Tandrust Punjab (Mission Healthy Punjab) is has been started in by Punjab by Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare headed by Secretary Agriculture Punjab S. Kahan Singh Pannu (IAS). The purpose of the mission is to promote safe Agricultural practices and control adulteration of food. A lot of work has been done to control large scale adulteration in sweets, milk and milk products. Road side jaggery making units are being raided recently and guidelines have been rolled out for their functioning..

Punjab Agri-Export Corporation is the other wing of thi campaign helping farmers get Organic certificate and help in Marketing. A sales outlet is already functional in Chandigarh where registered farmers from various districts supply organic food items at prices decided by farmers. 

Recently Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur inaugurated Safe Food Mandi at Roshan Ground Hoshiarpur under ATMA scheme on 18th January 2020. A weekly Mandi (Market) will be organised every Sunday from 10am -1 pm, in which certified organic farmers can sell their produce directly at prices decided by the farmers as per the terms and conditions laid by department of agriculture and farmer welfare Hoshiarpur, Punjab. 

Already a sales outlet under ATMA Kisan Hut is functional since 2014 run by Innovative Farmers Association IFA - a Hoshiarpur based farmers organisation working to promote Natural Farming and self marketing.. On demand of farmers DC has declared to open Kisan Huts in remaining 3 sub-divisions of the district for which IFA has started organising farmers and self help groups meetings..

Weekly Farmer Markets under ATMA are already functional in Gurdaspur, Pathankot, Moga, Ludhiana, Sangrur and Patiala. The market in Hoshiarpur is the first to promote certified Farmers.
