Bolivia briefing to NGOs

Bolivia made a presentation on the Cchabamba Declaration -- yes, the
SG is inviting input -- Amb. Solon is very heavily involved in the
followup -- there will be a resolution introduced to the GA before end
of July on the right to water and sanitation. Introduced by the
Plurinational State of Bolivia.

There evidently is a way to share input with the woman who is drafting
the reaction document by July 15 -- think that the way we might go is
to send a statement to Tariq for the SG's report, then send a copy to
the co-chairs of this very important process.

And if there is anyone around who wants their photo taken, can offer
al day.
