Job Description:

Immediate need for an IT2 Treasury Analyst. At least 2 years of deep configuration experience with the IT2 treasury system, specifically: IT2 Treasury and Risk Management, and the candidate must also demonstrate a strong understanding of the functionality of these modules. Proven experience of completing at least two full life cycles of an end to end IT2 treasury initiative - including design, analysis, build, testing, and deployment. At least 3 years of experience in and having an excellent understanding of corporate treasury operations and functionality including front, middle and back office activities, including knowledge of key treasury instruments - e.g. money market, equities, FX, derivatives etc. At least 4 years of experience and can demonstrate working knowledge of FAS133 and IAS39 and other critical treasury related reporting standards.

Key responsibilities may include:
- Scope and planning IT2 Treasury engagements
- Gathering business and user requirements related to IT2 Treasury implementations
- Performing functional designs to meet business requirements specific to Treasury
- Performing process & software gap analysis and develop related resolutions
- Preparing and executing test scripts and test cases, and ensure all requirements are met
- Guiding the client through problem definition and issue identification based upon problem solving principles and past experience
- Guiding the client through planning driver identification utilizing value analysis and value driver decomposition
- Support business architecture implementation activities
- Monitor the achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary
- Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes

Preferred Qualifications:
- excellent communication and presentation skills and proven experience of dealing with senior client staff
- ability to discuss client treasury processes, leading practices, and fit-gap analysis
