Why is it one round forcing?  Does it say anything about points?

Not sure how often that comes up, but I would guess it's about 8-10
points and solid stopper or 2 in the opponents suit. Probably 1 or 2
card support of partner's suit.

It is not forcing but shows 10-12 points a stopper(s) in opener's suit.

It seems like the general consensus is somewhere in the 9-12 pt. range with stoppers in the bid suit.
