Since this past amazing weekend, my wife and I have had all kinds of
wonderful results.

• We have kept a positive attitude and have helped stop negative
thoughts in each other and in our kids as soon as they creep up.
• Each morning, before we get into the car to head to school, daycare,
and work; we do the 'I'm Excited' exercise. The kids have a great time
with that and typically want to keep doing it.
• Even the baby seems to have a much more positive attitude and
doesn't fuss as much.
• Yesterday I went to the bank to make a deposit and when the teller
asked how my weekend was I told her it was 'BRILLIANT'. She got this
big smile on her face and replied, "You know what? Now that you
mention it, my weekend was pretty awesome too." I feel that if I had
replied with the normal "eh, it was ok" that she probably would have
had the same, 'eh' response back.

Things are looking great each day and I'm doing all I can to help
others feel positive and alive. I really feel its working.

Somehow this got caught in the google spam blocker, which is way
unfortunate because this was such a cool email.

Thanks for sharing Scott!

What a BRILLIANT email!  Thank you so much to Scott for sharing it and to Barbara for freeing it from the jaws of spam blocker! This week presented some challenges (my home was burglarized) and this email was the perfect reminder that my attitude is always a choice. As Viktor Frankl declared, " Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms -- to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."  Through the power of possibility thinking, I am going to use this experience to create something extraordinary!

Thanks again to everyone for encouraging, motivating, and inspiring!  I'm off to delight in an awesome day!
