How were food and accomidations done before and how do we move forward
with that?
I have some local connections with a pizza place in Tuira that might
squeeze us a deal. That with a sponser willing to pay we could get some
good foods that way.
Another option is that we have a "Potluck" style setting.

That way everyone is able to just bring something they can share with
everyone else. This way would require that the people sign up basically
pay a "fee of food" to be in the event. When I organised my Linux club
events we did this with great success.
