First Nordkapp Trip of 2010

Dear Findians,
The first Nordkapp trip of 2010 had a group of 8 persons - 3 Finns, 2
Indians, 1 Romanian and 1 Zambian. One Zambian could not go because
of a severe attack of Gout.
They left on Friday afternoon at 14:00 hours and reached the Saana
Mountain by evening. Spent the night in a cottage and then the next
day was the slow trip along the narrow roads in north Norway through
Skibotn to Alta, the glacier and then to
Nordkapp.
After a night in the nightless night at the northernmost point in
Europe, the Group returned to Finland and back to Oulu via the Lake
Inari, Rovaniemi route.
I will soon put up photographs by top photographer, Sandra Rugina, who
was on this trip.
The next trip leaves this Friday at 14:00 hours.
