Furnished Flats falling vacant shortly

Dear Findians, Chaffians and O-Indians,

Two fully furnished flats will fall vacant around mid-October in
Välivaino. It is ideal for all communication to all work locations in
Oulu. Välivainio it is quiet neighbourhood and safe for all.

One of the flats is at India House on Ahmatie. It is a large flat with
a bedroom, living room, small kitchen and a storeroom and bathroom.
Furniture includes two single beds, sofa, etc. etc. All crockery,
cutlery, pots and pans, etc. provided. Also bedsheets, pillow cases,
quilts, quilt covers provided. VDSL wireless internet connection
available. The washing machine and drier and the sauna are in the
service flat (my office) where there is also a small coffee bar, TV,
etc. The rent is € 690 (including water, electricity, and internet )
and would suit a couple or two friends wanting to share it. I do not
arrange a room mate!! Available from October 15th.

The second flat is just 100 metres away on Susitie. This is a very
nice flat where there is a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and
a small dining room (which can be made into a second bedroom). The
rent for the fully furnished (as above) including water and
electricity is € 690. Would suit a couple with a child or two friends.
Although there is a washing room and sauna in the neighbouring
building in this group of flats, there is free access to the
facilities at India House. Available from October 15th.
