All Furnished Flats now occupied

All the Furnished Flats on offer are now occupied till end October.
Even the Guest Rooms have been allocated. There may be short term
availability of these Guest Rooms as I try to not rent these out for
more than a few days or a week at a time.
I am negotiating with a few more of my owner friends for apartments.
If you (or the company you work for) have a requirement PLEASE LET ME
KNOW WELL IN ADVANCE. It takes time not only to get a good apartment
but also get the furniture and all the necessary items to equip these
flats.
If you are vacating a GOOD apartment which has been rented directly
from an owner, please let me know so I can discuss with the owner. I
am not dealing with rental agencies as so many of you have had
problems with agencies (including my old friends who run agencies).

I have a news about flat.
My friend has a flat for rent in university area - on tapiotie, next
to supermarket there. The furnitures are included as well. 77 m2 with
2 bedrooms and 1 living room + kitchen + WC. Also there is a big
balcony. This is on 5th floor which is top floor in that building.
Rent is 650 euro + water 15 euro + electric.The flat is in perfect
condition, just renovated and decent design.
People can move in anytime. And it is good for a shared flat. I know a
chinese girl who would like to live there, but she can not pay all
rent on her own...
