ouft crashes upon opening

Hello,

I have just downloaded and installed Oufti on a Windows 10 computer, however I am not able to open the software. It crashes a few seconds afterwards, without ever having opened.

I have used Oufti successfully before in other computers, so I am not sure what is different in this one. Would you be able to help me with this issue?

Hi Sofia,

 

Hard to say what exactly is causing the program to crash on your computer. I personally run Oufti on a Windows 10 computer so the program is definitely able to run on this version of the operating system. Make sure to run the program as an administrator (when you open it, by right clicking the icon), as this can lead to certain issues if this is not the case.
