Hi, first of all thank you for the stunning software.

I have question regarding it - is the software able to differ between Escherichia coli and Salmonella microbes? Thank you!

Thanks for using Oufti!

Oufti segments individual cells based on phase contrast images (or fluorescence images if you use the correct parameters). As such, it is not designed to distinguish between different cell types.
