How to set the value of the detection algorithm and shape-related parameters in Oufti GUI?

To whom it may concern,
I'm a new user of the Oufi tool and I appreciate it if you could answer my question.
I use the source code of oufti in Matlab 2016. I need to detect my images cells, but I can't find how to set the value of the detection algorithm and shape-related parameters in oufti GUI.
Note: I know that I can set them in the Oufti example parameter file, and import file into oufti but I have to set them via Oufi Gui.

Hi,
You should be able to load in a parameter file using the "Load parameters" button in the Oufti GUI. After loading you can easily modify the values of each parameter.
