Hi,

I have started to use Oufti software new.
I need to detected only one cell along all my frame range.
Until now, I have selected the area (were the cells are), range with my specific range frame,
and then I start to delete all the other cells from all the other frames manually (moving to every frame and deleting all the other cells and just keeping a one cell).

My question is:
Is there an easy way to delete all the unwanted cells from the frame range and just to keep one specific cell that I want to do my analysis on?

Thank you in advance,

Oufti

Hi JJ,

To answer your question specifically, the easiest would be to click on your cell of interest and then click the button "Invert", followed by "Delete" in the Selection panel at the bottom.

For your future analyses, it might also be useful to check the box "Selected cells only" in the Detection and analysis panel. Just click on your cell of interest and specify the frame range over which you want to track the cell (starting with the frame subsequent to the one you highlighted your cell of interest in).

Thanks for using Oufti!
