Hello,

I have some stack images (i.e. multiple frames) which contain the phase contrast and the fluorescent signal of the "spots". In the tutorial it outlines that two separate images need to be loaded for the phase and the signal 1. Is it possible to use a single image and let it know which frame belongs to which signal or do I need to separate all the images into both the phase and the signal 1 frames?

The latter option (separate phase and signal images) is typically what works for Oufti.
