OU ICE v2.0 RC1 preview now available to download:

Please note that the header and footer are not yet available as server
side includes. The HTML and CSS for those items is subject to change
and is only included here for illustrative purposes.

AACS are currently reviewing this submission as they will ultimately
host it and apply it to the OU standard Drupal theme.
