Join the Southeast Ohio Fracking Interest Group at the Barlow Fairgrounds Dining Hall in Barlow, OH on Friday, Nov 18 at 6:30 p.m. Atttorney's Donnie Wirtshafter and Mike Hollingsworth will discuss leasing and offer individual consultations. Also, Martha Bishop and Dana Carlson  are getting a letter writing group together tonight at 7 p.m. to write letters to Wayne National Forest supervisor Anne Carey and Bureau of Land Management state director John Lyon concerning the fracking lease sale of WNF land. We will thank  Anne Carey for postponing leasing and urge her to deny future consideration of such leases. The letter writing will take place at Athens Community Visiting Nurses Association at 30 Herrold Avenue (turn at Larry's Dawg House and follow street around behind the fair grounds- dead ends at the ACVNA). Sample letters will be available as well as information for writing, paper and envelopes. Please forward to others who might be inclined to help out-- the more letters we generate the better.
