Hello,
I was just wondering - could you tell me what fraction of the whole
Twitter feed does Topsy API cover? Has this changed over the last,
let's say, 2-3 years?
In other words, for example, can I fetch ALL tweets from 1st January
2011 containg phrase "#barackobama" using Topsy API?
