* Twigs Eco Dinner 2010 -- Wed. Dec. 8, 2010
Glebe High school is organizing an evening to raise awareness for environmental issues. All the money raised will go to
the Polaris Institute. As they had a campaign against using water bottles, which is something we also worked on last
year. Guest speakers: David Chernushenko; CPAWS(Canadian Parks and Wildlife Society); Clean Air Champions; Polaris
Insitute; Hydro Ottawa. There will also be a dinner generously donated from local vegetarian/organic restaurants. See
you there!
Date & Location: Wednesday December 8th at 5:30 at 212 Glebe Ave.
Cost: 7$ for students, seniors and children; 10$ for adults
