Hello,

I thought I would add this link since, it is my understanding that we
are all on the path to ultimate health and well being, so why not add
a sprinkle of the mysteries of the fountain of youth. The Five Tibetan
Rites are said to reverse the effects of aging. I started the
exercises (yoga) this morning. Please keep in mind the magic number of
repititions is 21. You can of course do less than 21 of each of the
five rites, as you will have to undoubtedly condition yourself,
however 21 is the maximum, and these should only be done once a day.
