Dublin Vegan Cook-Off

Well I have to write that I really enjoyed this event Thursday night.
The winner of the savory dish had contributed the following recipe:

The winner of the sweet category was a vegan bakery named Petite
Treats http://petitetreats.ie/ , whose products unfortunately are not
widely available here in Dublin. Anyway I already found it a funny
coincidence that when I was discussing my diet with someone on my team
at work, and I mentioned the event, she said her sister was vegan,
baker and participating in the event! When I got to speak to Mary
Doyle at the Cook-Off, she was saying how there was not a good gourmet
veggie restaurant in Dublin, and I started to tell her about how
Ottawa has Zen Kitchen when she tells me she went to school with
Caroline in New York! Small world.
