I think John Graham is buried at Beechwood Cemetery. If you go there, you’ll likely find many of the answers your looking for. If you have tombstone dates, you can easily find obituaries in micro fiche newspaper records at Ottawa Public Library, etc.
There is probably a John Graham record at Ottawa City Archives as well.
I’m cc’ing some others who may be able to help. I’ll look through some paper records I have later.
