Has you know, Joel and I started the do stuff to the season 2013-2014. We both been in vacation at the end of august so we did not have time to plan a User Group Leader meeting yet. This meeting will show what already plan and what missing in our planning.

Joel and I really need you help in the Ottawa IT Community and at this meeting we will talk about and plan the item below.

· Event Planning (see attached document)

· Monthly meeting with MS (UG Call)

· X-Max Party

· Full day training event (Code Camp, SQL Event Azure Event)

· Communication to members

· Event prep, Guard reservation and re-Scheduling

· End of season Party

· Sponsorship opportunity
