How many new RD did we get this year in Canada?

Two weeks ago I learn that my friend Laurent Duveau was just awarded the title of MS Regional Director. That makes 2 RD in Montreal with Guy Barrette.
But I just learn that another guy in Canada was also awarded the prestigious title.
Now who is it?
