We're a human rights organisation investigating Nortel's/Canadian
telecommunication companies' practice in China's telecommunications
industry. In particular, we are interested in their supply of
communication/ GSM-R system to railway/transport in the Tibet/Western
China region. We are looking for specific information regarding the
contract of a recently completed and controversial project. If you know
of any information regarding the negotiation, contract, or
technological specificities of this project, and are interested in
