anyone here with C&C Redline 25 experience?

Hi; New to this group. Bought an old Redline 25 this year and have enjoyed
working on and sailing her a lot. I'm wondering if there's anyone on this
group with experience of rigging and generally getting the best out of these
boats.

Most that I see have travellers spanning the cockpit, which no doubt gives
better control than my current end-boom sheeted set-up with a block on one
coaming and jammer on the other, but I worry about the traveller track
making it much more difficult to get around in the cockpit. Any thoughts?

We're in the bush about 100 miles west of Ottawa, so no marinas and very
few other sailors here to swap info.
