I am considering having some modifications made to the chrome rails that run
out around the bow of my boat next spring. The problem is I have no idea as
to where I would bring it to have the work done.

Does any one have any suggestions as to where, in the Ottawa area, I could
have quality work done at a reasonable price?

You might try Loucon Metal in Nepean (see link below)

I have no affiliation with them nor have I had any work done by them.
Just Googled 'Metal Companies' in Ottawa and they 'do' stainless steel
tubing. Hope that helped.
