anyone else notice if ncf.ca is down? 22 April 2012

I can't access the ncf.ca website. i could, breifly, access the home
page, but not my start page or anything else. Email seems down as
well: if I try and access via IMAP then I get no response from my ncf
inbox (but can access other inboxes on other servers fine).
It's 23:52 on 22 April 2012; this has been for the last 30 minutes or
so (to my knowledge).
