This is an incredible instrument with brilliant sound. I would love to
keep it myself, but I'm moving out-of-province, and just don't have
room to take it with me.
I bought it about 10 years ago, but have rarely played it - it's in
excellent condition.
It has a solid spruce top, red cherry back and sides, and a rosewood
fingerboard. Read about it here:
http://www.simonandpatrick.com/woodland12spruce.htmTake a look around the Simon and Patrick website while you're there to
learn more about the company and the guitars they make, if you're not
familiar with them.
They're all handmade in Quebec. If you search through internet reviews
of their guitars, you'll see they are consistently rated as being of
fantastic quality, especially for the relatively low price.
I played many 12-strings before I decided to buy the S&P. Even much
more expensive models and brands like Takamine and Taylor didn't
compare to the sound and playability of the S&P, which was cheaper.
One feature I really like about this S&P is that the action is great
(strings not too high off the fingerboard), and the strings are
tightly paired, making it much easier to do picking as well as
strumming. If you want more information, just email me.
I'm including a hard-shell case (I paid $65 for it new) and a guitar
stand.
Email me, or call me at

own this amazing guitar. You won't be disappointed!
PS: I have some crappy photos of it if you'd like to see them -- just
ask!
