LuminaIT is looking for a junior recruiter. Most of our recruiting centers on HR, Procurement and IT people.
What we are looking for in a candidate
University or college degree or about to get one
Ability to think on your feet
Ability to connect with people
A bit of an entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter
Natural leader type
Maybe a bit of technical skills
MS-Office
Savvy with social media
Excellent English communication skills
Can work hard when things are busy and relax when they slow down
No clock watching types or I need to check my phone right now addicts.
